We give options for your benefit, and We never discriminate against you for utilizing them. Yet, if you decide to delete your data, we will not be able to offer you any information, support, or other services that otherwise require Us to utilize your personal data.

 

"Deleting" Personal data is characterized by:

  • Permanently and completely deleting the data on existing hardrives/servers except for backup systems

  • Aggregating personal data. 

  • Conceal/redact personal information

Personal Information Storage - If personal information is archived or listed in a backup system, we have the right to delay compliance with the user’s request to delete, regarding data stored on the archived or backup system, until the archived or backup system is next accessed or used.   • Debug to recognize and fix errors that impede existing expected functionality.

  • Exercise free speech, guarantee the right of consumers to practice their right of free speech, or exercise another right by applicable law.

  • Engage openly or in conjunction with a scientific, authentic, or factual study in the public interest that holds to any remaining relevant ethical and security laws, when the organizations' deletion of the data is likely inconceivable or impaired of such research if informed consent was provided by the consumer.

    • To enable exclusively uses that are reasonably aligned with the user’s relationship with the business.

    • Otherwise utilize the donor’s data, internally, in a lawful manner in the context in which it was given.

    • Comply with Federal, State, or municipal legal responsibilities.
